That is a Wrap – Celebrating Auscare Support’s 2025 Highlights
18 December, 2025
As we close the chapter on 2025, it is clear that this has been one of the most significant and rewarding years in the history of Auscare Support. The NDIS sector has continued to evolve at extraordinary speed, but instead of simply keeping up, our organisation chose to step forward, lift the bar and take bold action that has shaped a stronger and more exciting future for our community.
This year has been filled with major achievements, big decisions, a few well deserved celebrations and more than a handful of moments where our team proved once again that they are absolute powerhouses.
Doubling Down on Support Coordination
One of the most defining strategic highlights of 2025 has been our renewed and very intentional focus on Support Coordination. We doubled down on our commitment to this essential service and created three clear pathways for Support Coordinators to build long term, fulfilling careers within the sector. By introducing the Independent Contractor model, the Employee model and the Auscare Connection model, we opened doors for a wide range of high performing Coordinators to join us and, importantly, to remain in this sector for the long haul. This strategic shift has strengthened workforce sustainability and elevated the quality of support for our participants across Australia.
A Major Upgrade to Every Core System Across Auscare
There are “projects,” and then there are “let us roll up our sleeves, grab a large coffee and hold on tight” projects. The complete upgrade of our business systems definitely fell into the second category. Throughout the year, our team worked tirelessly to implement significant enhancements implementing Xero, Astalty, ShiftCare and Employment Hero. This was a massive undertaking with many challenges, plenty of learning curves and a few colourful moments along the way. However, the outcome speaks for itself. We are now operating on stronger, smarter and more integrated systems that have set Auscare Support up for long term efficiency and scalability. We made it to the other side, and we did it with determination, resilience and a sense of humour.
Leadership Evolution and a New Chapter for Auscare Support
A particularly meaningful milestone this year was our founder and director Max King taking a very well earned step back in July. Max placed his trust in me to step into the Chief Executive Officer role, and I have been honoured to lead Auscare Support through this extraordinary period of growth and transformation. This transition marks an important new chapter for our organisation, built upon the strong foundation that Max created and the future focused vision we continue to pursue.
A Stunning Rebrand – A Fresh Identity for a Strengthened Organisation
Another enormous and exciting highlight of 2025 has been the complete rebranding of Auscare Support. This was far more than a visual refresh. It was a full transformation that captures our maturity, our values and the direction we are heading. With a beautiful new look and a thoroughly modern feel, the rebrand reflects the heart of who we are. It is bold, polished and full of life. It is the perfect makeover to launch us into 2026 with energy and confidence.
Growing Through Collaboration and Trusted Partnerships
In 2025, we strengthened our relationships with trusted and reputable National Disability Insurance Scheme providers. These partnerships have allowed us to collaborate, innovate and share expertise, resulting in better outcomes for participants and a stronger ecosystem of high quality support providers. These relationships are an important part of our long term strategy and reflect our commitment to working with organisations that share our values and standards.
Strategic Progress and an Outstanding Mid Term Audit
One of the greatest measures of progress is performance against our strategic and business plans. I am proud to say that we ticked off major milestones throughout the year, with more achievements already under way for 2026. Adding to this success, we absolutely excelled in our mid term audit. This result was a testament to our systems, our governance, our operational maturity and, most importantly, the dedication of our people.
Shining a Light on Our Exceptional Team
There is no way to summarise 2025 without acknowledging the extraordinary effort of our entire team. Through enormous change, increased expectations and demanding workloads, our people continued to show up with positivity, professionalism and an unwavering commitment to our clients. They are, quite simply, brilliant. I could not be prouder of their resilience, their talent and their heart.
And of course, our management team. Five courageous, intelligent and absolutely remarkable women who lead with strength, clarity and a deep passion for the work we do. They are strategic thinkers, problem solvers, culture builders and champions for excellence. Their contribution to this organisation is immense, and Auscare Support is stronger because of their leadership.
As we wrap up 2025, we do so with pride, momentum and a tremendous sense of achievement. We have laid the foundations for an exciting and ambitious future, and we are entering 2026 with a brand new identity, strengthened systems, a growing team and a clear vision.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this year. There is so much more to come, and I cannot wait to see what we achieve together next.
Wishing you and yours a safe and restful holiday season!
