Our Support Workers come with a wide range of skills, interests and experiences to suit your specific requirements. Whether it’s Katrina, a mum with lived experience who has been part of our team for some time, or Brayden, who is simply amazing with kids, we’re here to connect you with the right person to support you on your journey.

Everyone is unique, with their own requirements and preferences, and we’re here to understand yours.

After getting to know you and your specific requirements, we’ll recommend Support Workers who we believe best suit your requirements. You then get to choose the one that suits you best.

Do I get to choose my Support Worker?
YES! We actively encourage clients to exercise their choice and control, this includes providing clients with choice on who provides their supports, when and where.
DO you provide support to Agency, Plan Managed and Self-Managed participants?
Yes! As a registered provider, we are able to provide Supports to Agency, Plan Managed and Self-Managed participants
Is there a way I can keep track of my scheduled Support sessions?
YES! Auscare Assist clients can choose to have access to the vAboutMe app:
- View upcoming appointments for the fortnight
- Give Auscare Assist feedback
- View your profile and budget
