What I do:

As a Support Coordinator I love working together with the participants to help support them to achieve their goals and understand their NDIS Plans offering ongoing support and assistance.

Unique skills:

I have a diploma of Counselling and a Certificate IV in Mental Health and AOD.

Previous experience:

I have worked as a Support Coordinator for nearly 4yrs and love doing this role I now specialise in the DFFH space working alongside Child Protection and love this area of helping support the children, carers and case managers understand NDIS.This is a rewarding role and I feel like I can make a difference.

Other interesting roles:

Prior to this I worked in the Gas and Fuel industry in the customer service billing team.By being in a customer service role this helped me to develop to be compassionate and empathetic to vulnerable people.

What’s Auscare Support like?

Auscare support has been wonderful to work for. Everybody has been so kind and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I love the flexibility of working from home.

Life outside: 

Married with adult twins (boy/girl) and 2 stepchildren. I also have a puppy called Leni who loves going for daily walks to the beach and 2 cats named Nala and Luna.
