What I do:

I work with people to understand and use an NDIS Plan to meet goals. I encourage and value every step taken and the more choice and control you exercise.

Unique skills:

I am empathetic and a great listener. I love working to resolve complex issues and longer-term goals. I work transparently and honestly within the system, but also think outside of the box.

Previous experience:

My first role in disability was as Team Leader for the SW Sydney LAC program in 2015 during the NDIS rollout. Since then, I have worked as a support coordinator and team leader/recruiter for support workers. I have lived experience as a carer for family members, so I understand how hard it can be to achieve and sustain outcomes, and how important it is to find and use mainstream and community supports.
