FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What ages do you cater for?
Our Social Clubs typically run for ages 7 years to adults, with programs for kids grouped by age and developmental stage to ensure appropriate peer connections.
How many people in each group?
We maintain small groups of 6-8 participants maximum to ensure quality support and genuine connections.
What’s the facilitator to child ratio?
Typically 1:3 or higher, depending on participant needs and activity type. Complex needs receive higher support ratios.
What if I have sensory sensitivities?
Our programs are designed with sensory considerations. We have quiet spaces, sensory tools available, and facilitators trained in sensory-aware support.
Do you provide transport?
Transport can be arranged separately through your NDIS plan. We can recommend transport providers if needed.
What happens during school holidays?
We run extended programs during school holidays with multiple options. Details are shared with enrolled families each term.
Can I stay with my child or the person I care for?
For trial sessions and settling-in periods, parents and carers are welcome. Once participants are comfortable, programs are drop-off to encourage independence.
What if I do not like the club?
No problem. We will work with you to try different programs or adjust activities. It is about finding what works for you or your child.
