Aims to raise awareness about the importance of early detection and early treatment for all types of diabetes.
Diabetes is a major risk factor for heart disease. Get your heart health checked regularly and keep an eye on your diet and nutrition choices. - 13-19 July
Birth Trauma Awareness Week
Aims to raise awareness about Birth Trauma and provide support for people with birth-related trauma. During this week, a WalkNTalk Fundraiser is run. This encourages the community to come together and share their stories of birth trauma while raising funds and awareness. - 24 July
Stress Down Day
Stress Down Day is Lifeline’s annual fundraising campaign held in July. People are encouraged to participate in stress reducing, fun activities. These might include listening to music, reading, exercise, yoga, meditation, or other activities. Mental health is an important component in stress reduction, why not give someone the tools to help? - 26-31 July
