Our executive, HR, Plan Managers, sales and marketing and Support Staff are based in the Southern Highlands of NSW.

(Our team of Support Coordinators work remotely and are located across Australia and embedded in their local communities.)

Police checks are mandatory for all Auscare Support employees.

To be a Plan Manager with Auscare Support, you need to be super organised with great attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

You will be acting as an accounts payable clerk for our NDIS participants, which mean you will liaise with service providers, upload invoices to the NDIS portal and pay these when we receive funds from the NDIS.

You need to love processes, analysing data and solving problems – there are plenty of invoices, heaps of paperwork and lots of providers.

To be a great Plan Manager, it’s important that you take pride in doing great work correctly the first time as you juggle numerous client accounts.

Your excellent communication skills will ensure that participants always feel that they are valued and supported by the Auscare Support Team.

To be a Plan Manager with Auscare Support, you will need to have a background in accounts. A book keeping background is favourable but not mandatory.

Our Plan Managers work flexibly and have the choice of working from home, attending their local office or a combination of both. We have also implemented sophisticated systems that enable us to offer a more flexible and supported work approach.
