Grand Old Dame

Milly is a long-time staff member at Auscare, specialising in customer relations, social support and digging of bones. In her spare time, she enjoys licking people, eating, sleeping and asking to go outside. She is a standout employee due to her friendly and personable disposition.

Milly’s habit of snoring loudly during one of her many naps each day gives the Auscare office a certain charming ambience. She is truly an irreplaceable member of the Auscare team.



Southern Highlands, NSW

Max is the original Auscare Support Coordinator, working with the founders to create an environment where excellence in servicing clients is an absolute minimum standard.

Max has been with Auscare Support since its inception in 2015, previously running a successful Recruitment Consultancy and Digital Marketing agency. Max’s passions range from football to the arts, food and wine, to travel and books.


Chief Financial OfficeR

Southern Highlands, NSW

Margie has a background in accounting and bookkeeping and loves numbers, spreadsheets and financial plans.

One of Margie’s children is an NDIS participant and she believes that every participant should be allocated Support Coordination in their plans so they can make the most out of their funding, to connect with the best service providers and to achieve their goals. Margie has great respect and gratitude for all of the amazing support providers and therapists.

To keep sane, in this crazy world, Margie loves skiing, shopping, friends, wine and hanging out with her family, the family dog ‘Hiccup,’ and the chickens.



Southern Highlands, NSW

Jessie is the Marketing Director of Auscare Support, working to establish Auscare as the best-in-class provider of Support Coordination, Plan Management and Disability Support Staff.

Jessie has been instrumental in the development of Auscare Support’s Policies and Procedures, as well as looking after all the regulatory obligations.



Illawarra, NSW

Joseph has extensive experience working in the legal, disability and aged care sectors.

Throughout his career, he has developed and implemented marketing strategies that have assisted businesses to increase brand awareness, expand into new regions, launch new services and attract new clients. 

Joseph is passionate about working with organisations that are committed to providing the highest level of service to its clients and to assist them to achieve their goals.

Joseph and his family live in the Illawarra and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. He is a passionate follower of football and rugby league.



Perth, WA

Originally from Brisbane, Lauren has lived and worked in regional Queensland, Perth and now Sydney. She has experience working in a variety of sectors, including mining, recruitment and fashion.

Lauren’s latest career move has seen her enter the disability sector, joining the Auscare Support team as a Support Coordinator and working with a company providing a mentor service to engage younger workers with a disability to gain employment.

Throughout her varied career, the consistent highlight of each role has been the human connection. Lauren loves working with people, building relationships and making a positive contribution to their lives. She is a motivated, organised and outgoing person who will always go above and beyond for her clients and her team.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys being part of the book club she started with her friend a few years ago. She is always reading, normally getting through 2 to 3 books a month! Lauren’s dog, Baker, also keeps her busy, going for family runs, big walks and spending a lot of time in the dog park. Lauren also loves to cook, draw, paint and work on little home improvement projects.



Southern Highlands, NSW

John is the Auscare Support Chief Intake Officer (CIO).

He is the official first point-of-contact for Auscare referrals and enquiries. John believes all participants and carers should be treated with the utmost professionalism and respect and he is always available to help the Plan Managers and Support Coordinators.

On a lighter note, John is also a tragic Sydney Roosters fan and also enjoys playing his six guitars.



Southern Highlands, NSW

Michelle has 15 years’ experience working in the disability sector. Whilst she was initially trained as a Horticulturalist, Michelle then undertook studies in Workplace Training & Assessment and completed a Diploma in Disability. Michelle has worked in several local garden centres, including a well-known organisation in the Southern Highlands that employs local people with a disability.

The most rewarding part of Michelle’s role is the assistance she is able to provide Auscare Support + Mable clients. Michelle also enjoys seeing clients having the opportunity to be more active in the community and to participate in activities they enjoy.

In her spare time, Michelle loves spending time in her garden and looking after her menagerie of animals on her property. She also enjoys reading a good book, sewing and making her own jams and preserves.



Southern Highlands, NSW

Emma has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and administration. Prior to joining Auscare Support as a Reporting & Process Analyst, she worked as a Revenue Accountant and Accounts Receivable Specialist in the oil and gas production industry in Canada.

Emma loves assisting clients and learning new skills.

Outside of work, Emma spends her time running after her children. If she gets a minute to herself, she enjoys reading a good book.



Southern Highlands, NSW

Kanak joined the Auscare team as Compliance Officer in 2019. She has experience working in the mining industry in IT, administration and compliance roles.

Kanak enjoys the varied nature of her role. Helping people is something that comes naturally to her. 

In her spare time, Kanak enjoys reading books and watching movies.

Meet Auscare's Plan Managers



Southern Highlands, NSW

Rebecca has been working as a Plan Manager with Auscare Support for just over a year. After a career in Child Protection, she decided to pursue a career in the disability sector.

Rebecca loves to be able to provide clients with flexibility in terms of who they can engage to provide services. This is one of the main advantages of Plan Management.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys mountain biking and is looking forward to a holiday in Italy when she gets the chance!




Macarthur, NSW

Debbie has nearly 30 years’ experience in bookkeeping, administration and working for aged care and disability service providers. Her in-depth understanding of bookkeeping and the NDIS has provided Debbie with the perfect grounding to join the Auscare Support team as a Plan Manager.

Debbie loves being part of the Auscare Support team and playing a part in helping clients to achieve their goals.

In her spare time, Debbie loves to keep fit at the gym, reading and catching up with family and friends.


Plan Manager

Macarthur Region, NSW

Tina is one of the newest members of the Auscare Support team. Prior to joining the team as a Plan Manager, Tina worked as a bookkeeper for a variety of organisations, including the Wests Tigers NRL Club.

The most rewarding part of Tina’s role is having the opportunity to help people and take some stress out of their lives.

Tina has 3 beautiful children and she enjoys spending her spare time with them.

Meet Auscare's Support Coordinators


Support Coordinator COACH

Far North Coast, NSW

Jo has over 20 years of experience in the disability sector and has worked in a number of roles, including Behaviour Intervention Consultant, Complex Case Manager, Disability Services Manager, Client Services Manager, Operations Manager, Program Manager, Training Organisation Manager, Local Area Coordinator and Support Coordinator.

Jo loves to connect with the people in her community and support her clients to achieve their goals by understanding their funded supports and how to use their funding as effectively as possible to meet their needs.

In her spare time, Jo enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two gorgeous grandsons. She also loves cooking up a storm, watching Rugby Union, gardening, swimming and relaxing.



Shoalhaven, NSW

Vanessa has over two decades of experience working in the disability sector. She has worked predominately for the State Government and has held a variety of positions, including Senior Policy Officer, Licensing Manager – Licensed Boarding Houses and Senior Projects Officer.

The most rewarding part of her role as a Support Coordinator with Auscare Support is being able to work with people with a disability and to witness their self-driven success.

Away from work, Vanessa enjoys going to the beach, trying to garden and spending time with her kids and pets at home.



Southern Highlands, NSW

Rebecca has worked in the disability sector for 7 years as a Case Manager and then as a Support Coordinator following the introduction of the NDIS. She has worked predominately with participants with complex needs, building their capacity and independence and to ensure they receive the best care and support.

Rebecca’s extensive experience in the sector has seen her transition into the role of Support Coordinator Liaison. She now is the key point of contact for the rapidly growing number of Support Coordinators joining Auscare across the country. She assists them with a variety of enquiries relating to internal policies and procedures, training and complex NDIS matters.

Rebecca is outcome-focused and feels passionate about assisting the team of Support Coordinators to deliver the highest level of service to their clients. Outside of work, Rebecca has performed in local theatre and loves home reno shows.



Southern Highlands, NSW

Karen has over ten years of experience in the disability sector, from conducting assessments, staff training and WHS, human resources and sales and marketing.

Karen loves her role as a Support Coordinator and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, 5 children and the assortment of animals on her farm, growing her own vegetables, shopping and spending time with her friends.


Support Coordinator

Sydney, NSW

Lachelle started her career in the disability sector as a Vocational Counsellor in injury management. She also worked as a Specialist Rehabilitation Counsellor and Rehabilitation Specialist, supporting injured workers to return to work.


More recently, Lachelle has experience working as a Support Worker, a Team Leader at a group home, a Youth Mentor, Case Manager and Support Coordinator. 


Lachelle is a people person and loves coordinating supports for her clients to help them improve their lives.


In her spare time, Lachelle enjoys playing the ukulele, listening to music, making short films and spending time with her 9 year old.



South Sydney, St George and
Sutherland Shire, NSW

Prior to joining Auscare Support as a Support Coordinator, Anna worked in the tourism industry for 20 years. Anna worked in a variety of roles with Qantas in the Staff Travel, Sales Support, Pricing & Analytics and Flight Operations teams. During her time working for the Travel Corporation, Anna worked in the People & Culture team.

Anna has always enjoyed working closely with people and loves to help individuals achieve their goals and live life to the fullest. Anna’s son has a disability, so she has a firsthand insight into what it is like to navigate the NDIS from a participant’s perspective.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys relaxing at home with her 3 children.


Support Coordinator

 Southern Highlands, Illawarra, Goulburn/Mulwaree and Wollondilly, NSW

Dianne has significant experience working in the disability sector.

She has worked in a wide variety of roles, including occupational therapist, social planner, manager, educator with diverse disability organisations and as a trainer, consultant, and coach in her own business.

Dianne recently joined Auscare Support as a Support Coordinator. The most rewarding part of her role is being able to assist and support clients to achieve their goals and improve their situation through listening, understanding and providing options for them to choose the solution that works best for them.

Dianne unwinds by watching good British crime shows, cooking for friends, sharing the meal and having fun and conversation. She owns an Italian Greyhound called Huey who enjoys long walks and warm fires.

Barossa Valley, SA

Molly has worked in the disability sector for over 12 years, initially as a Support Worker, then as a Support Coordinator and now as a Budget Builder with Auscare Support.

Molly loves working with her clients and meeting new people. Being able to see her clients achieve their goals and maximise their NDIS funding is the most rewarding part of her job.  

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her four children and going camping whenever they can.


Support coordinator

Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, NSW

Lianne is an experienced Support Coordinator who enjoys making a difference in people’s lives. She assists her clients to receive the supports they need, to achieve the goals set in their NDIS plan and to live their life to the fullest. Lianne never takes no for an answer and will always look outside the square when challenges arise. She works closely with her clients to ensure that they have choice and control over the supports they receive.

Lianne grew up with a family member who has an acquired brain injury and her husband has Parkinson’s Disease. She understands both the challenges and the happiness that each day brings when caring for a person with a disability.



Albury/Wodonga, NSW/VIC

Amanda has worked in several roles during her career in the disability sector. She has experience working as a Disability Support Worker, a Youth Mental Health Support Worker in a residential rehabilitation setting, a Community Mental Health Practitioner and as a Support Coordinator.

Having the ability to make a positive difference in someone’s life is the most rewarding part of Amanda’s job. She is passionate about assisting people living with all forms of disability to receive the supports they need to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, making memories with her daughter and exploring places they haven’t been to before.



South Australia

Kate has worked in the Community Services sector for her entire career. She has extensive experience in aged care, including 12 years specialising in dementia care, and in disability services. Kate has had her own journey with a disability and has a lot of empathy for what NDIS participants go through.

During her time working in the disability sector, Kate loved talking and interacting with both clients and Support Workers and she always felt that she could do a lot more in the community. This was the inspiration behind Kate’s pursuit of a career as a Support Coordinator with Auscare Support.

In her spare time, Kate loves to hang out with her 3 kids, her husband, and her extended family. Kate loves to learn and is currently studying a dual certificate four in mental health and alcohol and other drugs.



Western Sydney & the Illawarra Region, NSW

Laura has worked in the disability sector for three years. She has a background in Plan Management and has also worked in an administrative role for an Early Intervention Centre.

Laura was inspired to work in the sector by her father, who is an incomplete quadriplegic since being involved in an accident 27 years ago.

The most rewarding part of Laura’s role as a Support Coordinator is being able to make a positive impact on the lives of her genuine and inspiring clients. This has, and always will be, Laura’s focus.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys getting outdoors with her husband and daughter, walking the dogs, cooking, gardening and (when her toddler gives her permission!) horse riding.



Far North Coast, NSW

Catherine has 10 years of experience in the disability sector. She has worked as a Vocational Education Coordinator, a Well-being Consultant, an Inclusion Consultant, a Secondary Education Teacher and a Careers Adviser.

Catherine assists her clients to receive the supports they need to achieve positive outcomes and achieve the goals set out in their NDIS plan.

In her free time, Catherine likes to visit the beautiful beaches and bushland near her home in the Byron Bay area. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.



Greater Western Sydney, NSW

Lija started her career in the disability sector seven years ago. She has experience working as a Support Worker, a Teacher’s Aide and as an Office Manager in a School for Specific Purposes.

Lija’s son has Muscular Dystrophy and uses an electric wheelchair for mobility. She has been the driving force behind establishing junior teams in the NSW Powerchair Football competition so that her son, and other young people with a disability, can participate.

The opportunity to make a difference and play a part in achieving positive outcomes for her clients is the most rewarding part of her role as a Support Coordinator.

Outside of work, Lija enjoys going to the theatre, attending concerts and spending time with friends and family.



South Australia

Tori has over 16 years’ experience in the disability and aged care sectors. She has worked in home support, nursing homes and respite centres across Adelaide.

Tori made the decision to join the Auscare team as a Support Coordinator so she could be a constant support for NDIS participants, in good times and in challenging times. The most rewarding part of her role is being able to see them achieve their goals.

In her spare time, Tori enjoys spending time with her partner and her two teenaged children, playing games or just talking and having a laugh. She loves taking her dogs for walks to the park or around town. She and her youngest son also volunteer at a local charity, ‘Scrufferlovers,’ an organisation that finds forever homes for dogs. Tori also loves listening to music.


SPECIALIST Support Coordinator

Orana & Far West Regions, NSW

Monica’s younger brother was born with a cognitive impairment. For many years, she advocated for him to be treated equally and have the supports that would assist him to live a full life. This experience inspired Monica to pursue a career in the disability sector.

As a Support Coordinator with Auscare, Monica works with her clients to maximise their NDIS funding, live the lives they want to live and actively participate in the community.

Monica is a qualified Social Worker and is able to provide both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services in central west and parts of western New South Wales.

In her spare time, Monica enjoys playing with her dogs, Zeus and Sparky, and being part of her local garden club.



Inner-City, Sydney

Tanya has extensive experience working in the public and private health system.

She has held many administrative roles ranging from receptionist, ward clerk and transcriber. Tanya has also worked with the Family Advocacy team at a large disability services provider.

Tanya pursued a career as a Support Coordinator with Auscare Support so that she could make a positive difference to the lives of people with disability – to help them obtain the services they need in order to live a happy, healthy and productive life – just like everybody else. Most of all, she wanted to be able to help people to believe in themselves and prove they can achieve anything.

In her spare time, Tanya loves diamond painting, going for walks and out for coffee with her partner, Johnny, and
her dog, Elvis. Tanya also enjoys bingeing on Netflix (especially psychological thrillers), going out with friends for
a meal or to the movies. She also loves to travel overseas and going on cruises.



Illawarra, NSW

Dannielle has over 25 years of experience creating solution-based partnerships.

Throughout her career, Dannielle has held positions in many sectors, including: disability; law; mediation and investigation; community development; organisational development; leadership and coaching; talent management; employment and anti-discrimination law; corporate responsibility and social justice.

Dannielle has a life-long commitment to advocating and supporting people with disability.

In her spare time, Dannielle enjoys snorkeling and diving; baking ridiculous cakes, spending time with family and friends and reading.



Goulburn/Mulwaree, Oberon and Upper Lachlan Shire Regions, NSW

Jackie began her career in the disability and aged care sector 11 years ago.

She has worked as a personal carer for both aged care clients and clients with a disability in residential facilities, group homes and the community. Jackie also has experience working as a Support Coordinator, Aged Care Program Coordinator and Lead Consultant delivering aged care assessments across southern NSW.

The most rewarding part of Jackie’s role as a Support Coordinator is being part of her client’s journeys to achieve their goals.

Jackie and her family run a 115 acre farm, so she doesn’t have a lot of spare time! When she does get a break, Jackie enjoys watching movies, spending time with her husband and three sons, and with her many animals.



Shoalhaven, NSW

Paula has a background as a Customer Service Manager in local government and as an Accounts Manager in small business. Although she is new to the disability sector, the skills she has developed in customer service and in her own personal experience caring for her son for the past 19 years – who has been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) – has given her unique insight into the challenges NDIS participants face and the support they need.

The most rewarding part of her role as an Auscare Support Coordinator is the ability to make a positive impact on a person’s life. Paula also enjoys learning new things and the friendly and supportive team she works with.

In her spare time, Paula likes to get out into the garden, go boating and bushwalking. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage sons.



Shoalhaven, NSW

Krysten has worked in community welfare and development for over two decades in a variety of areas, including disability group homes, strategic disability policy development for State Government (overseeing the Home and Community Care and the Boarding House Reform Programs) and in the Out of Home Care Sector. Krysten has also contracted services to non-government disability organisations, developing local policy and procedure, along with compliance administrative systems.

Krysten has a strong personal and professional belief in social role valorisation principles which aim to embrace individual diversity and enhance a persons’ value as a member of their communities.

Away from work, Krysten is a doting mum, health and fitness-focused, avid basketballer and founding member of the Milton Ulladulla Roller Skating Girls Club.



Far North Coast, NSW

Originally from Western Australia, Debra has been living in Northern NSW for nearly 30 years now and has experience working in many different sectors of the community.

What gives her the greatest joy is connecting with people. Debra loves to be able to assist others in achieving their goals and making the most of the opportunities available within their community.

For the past 13 years, Debra has been working mainly as a Support Worker, but she’s now made the step to become
a Support Coordinator with Auscare. Debra is a dedicated advocate for anyone she provides care and support for
and is tenacious in seeing that their needs are met. She is also very sensitive to her clients’ needs and feelings and has experience with various counselling modalities.

In her spare time, Deb loves gardening, beach or bush walking, swimming, participating in and conducting yoga
classes and spending time with friends and family.



Far North Coast, NSW

Nichole has worked in the disability sector since 2007. She has experience as a Support Worker and as a Teacher’s Aide.  

In addition to her professional experience, Nichole has a child with a disability. Her overall life experience has provided Nichole with an in-depth understanding of the complexities and joys of what it is like to care for people with a disability. As Nichole’s professional life became part of her personal experience, she pursued further education in behaviour management, community services and counselling.

Nichole then went on to offer support groups to carers with a focus on self-care and quality of support for both themselves and those they care for. She became passionate about inclusion and volunteered with Social Futures’s “The Belonging Project” to bring more equality and access to those living with a disability.

In 2019, Nichole returned to work in the disability sector as a Support Worker before joining the team at Auscare as a Support Coordinator in late 2020.

In her spare time, Nichole enjoys spending time with family and friends and contemplating the deeper meaning of life. She loves animals and shares her home with 3 dogs, 5 chickens and 2 guinea pigs.

Nichole’s latest hobby and interest is training her youngest dog as a service dog. There is never a dull moment with this gorgeous young pup!



Adelaide, SA

Kirsty is passionate about assisting her clients to achieve their goals, build their capacity, and exercise choice and control over the supports they receive and how they receive them.

Kirsty has a Bachelor of Science and has extensive experience working in the Health Science field, primarily sleep apnoea.

She has also owned her own businesses and has worked as a business development coach.

Kirsty joined the Auscare Support team in February 2021 after deciding she wanted to utilise her skills to help people in a more meaningful way.

In her spare time, Kirsty likes to renovate, play sport, research and learn new things. She also has a passion for teaching.
