Auscare support is excited to introduce you to Monica Perrie. Monica is one of the Support Coordinators assisting NDIS participants in the Orana, far west and central west regions of NSW.
Monica is passionate about assisting her clients to achieve their goals, build their capacity, and exercise choice and control over the supports they receive and how they receive them.
Monica’s younger brother was born with a cognitive impairment. For many years, she advocated for him to be treated equally and have the supports that would assist him to live a full life. This experience inspired Monica to pursue a career in the disability sector.
As a Support Coordinator with Auscare, Monica works with her clients to maximise their NDIS funding, live the lives they want to live and actively participate in the community.
Monica is a qualified Social Worker and is able to provide both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services in the central west and parts of western New South Wales.
In her spare time, Monica enjoys playing with her dogs, Zeus and Sparky, and being part of her local garden club.
Auscare Support is proud of its reputation for providing the highest level of service to our clients. If you are an NDIS participant looking to engage a Support Coordinator or a service provider exploring Support Coordination services on behalf of a client, please contact Monica today.

A Moment with Monica Perrie
Why did you pursue a career in the disability sector?
I pursued a career in the disability sector due to having advocated for many years for my younger brother who has a cognitive impairment. I felt my brother was often not treated equally to all those around him without a disability, and I wanted to help him to make the most of his life, and to be treated fairly and in line with his human rights. This has led to me pursuing a career assisting other people with disabilities to participate in society with the same rights and entitlements as anyone else.
What do you like most about working at Auscare Support?
I enjoy assisting NDIS participants to get the most out of their plan as possible and to make their funding work for them.
An oldie but a goodie – Titanic

“Finally! A provider of Support Coordination with sound knowledge of their role and comprehension of how the NDIS framework operates. I can now spend more quality time with my son, trusting that the plan we have worked so hard to achieve will be under Auscare Support’s Guidance.”
