Auscare support is excited to introduce you to Nichole Randolph. Nichole is one of the Support Coordinators assisting NDIS participants living in the far north coast of NSW and southeast QLD.
Nichole is passionate about assisting her clients to achieve their goals, build their capacity, and exercise choice and control over the supports they receive and how they receive them.
Nichole has worked in the disability sector since 2007. She has experience as a Support Worker and as a Teacher’s Aide.
In addition to her professional experience, Nichole has a child with a disability. Her overall life experience has provided Nichole with an in-depth understanding of the complexities and joys of what it is like to care for people with a disability. As Nichole’s professional life became part of her personal experience, she pursued further education in behaviour management, community services and counselling.
Nichole then went on to offer support groups to carers with a focus on self-care and quality of support for both themselves and those they care for. She became passionate about inclusion and volunteered with Social Futures’s “The Belonging Project” to bring more equality and access to those living with a disability.
In 2019, Nichole returned to work in the disability sector as a Support Worker before joining the team at Auscare as a Support Coordinator in late 2020.
Auscare Support is proud of its reputation for providing the highest level of service to our clients. If you are an NDIS participant looking to engage a Support Coordinator or a service provider exploring Support Coordination services on behalf of a client, please contact Nichole today.

A Moment with Nichole Randolph
Why did you pursue a career in the disability sector?
I enjoy helping people to achieve their goals and to feel empowered. It is really rewarding to see people experience joy and inspiration.
What do you like most about working at Auscare Support?
The team at Auscare Support is warm and authentic in their commitment to providing quality care. It’s also an advantage that we have the capacity to support each client as a team. Ongoing staff training in the constantly changing field of the NDIS keeps us informed and equipped to provide the highest level of service.
Do you have a favourite saying or inspirational quote?
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
Do you have any pets?
5 chickens, 2 guinea pigs and 3 dogs, one of which is in training as a service dog. I love animals!
Do you have any hobbies?
Playing the guitar, singing in a choir, connecting with people, walking and training with my dogs, and regularly contemplating the deeper questions around the meaning of life.
I love food, but food doesn’t always love me. I am gluten and dairy free.
If you could invite anyone to a dinner party (past or present), who would it be?
I couldn’t narrow this down. I love equality and inclusiveness and don’t like anyone to miss out. I would have to invite all those I love that have touched my life.
Favourite holiday destination…
It's not where we are but how we are in relationship with our surroundings. I love to travel but equally enjoy to be at home and work.
Don't just take our word for it
“Finally! A provider of Support Coordination with sound knowledge of their role and comprehension of how the NDIS framework operates. I can now spend more quality time with my son, trusting that the plan we have worked so hard to achieve will be under Auscare Support’s Guidance.”
