I provide support and training in Auscare systems, which includes reconciling Support Coordination client accounts. I also oversee our intake and reception team as well as working on any system-based projects that arise.
Started with Auscare Support: October 2018 (minus four months maternity leave!)
I bring a sense of humour to the role and learn new things quickly.
My role now is quite different from my previous experience. My background is case management under the old block funding, then Support Coordination under NDIS. I have always had a head for systems and have worked across a couple of CRMs and government portals. I have discovered a passion for process! I also love training people and helping them trouble-shoot.
Other interesting roles:
I have worked in a bookshop, done several stints at bar work, customer service/call centre work and water testing for an environmental monitoring company.
What’s Auscare Support like?
Auscare has ruined me for any other employer! I love being able to work from home around my family commitments. Auscare encourages you to work autonomously but still manages to build great team relationships. I have a loyalty to Auscare and am very fond of each and every one of my colleagues.
