Started with Auscare Support: July 2019
What I do:
I am the first point of contact for Auscare Support. I describe myself as being the face of the company. The reason for this is that clients talk to me first before they are connected to someone else.
I have a good phone manner, I’m polite and am a good listener; I also have lots of empathy and strong communication skills.
I worked for Joy Global and Boral Constructions, being the first point of contact for the IT and administration departments.
Other interesting roles:
I worked for TAFE NSW and had day-to-day contact with students.
What’s Auscare Support like?
It is exciting to be part of a growing Company. It is exciting working with a good team.
I love to cook, read books and look after my loving family.
To sum me up:
I believe thinking positively can solve every single problem that life gives us. Nothing is impossible in life. As my father always said, the word impossible is found in the dictionary of fools.
