Started with Auscare: March 2021
What I do:
I am the person who does a pre-engagement processes with new participants. I take all their information, set them up in our system, send out agreements and create service bookings to help create a seamless transition.
I bring a high level of customer service skills, am easy to get along with, have experience within the disability sector and I am overall a friendly person.
I have previously worked in the disability sector before working with Auscare Support and have had a lot of customer service skills in my previous employment (like retail and administration).
