Auscare Support has been assisting clients to achieve their goals and to maximise their NDIS funding since 2015.

We are proud of our reputation for providing exceptional service to our clients and for our ongoing commitment to improving our services and identifying unmet needs that we can assist them with.

When we launched the business, our core services were Plan Management, Support Coordination and providing support staff to assist clients on a daily basis.

Today, we still provide these services and have been committed to ongoing service improvement which is reflected in the client feedback we receive daily. We currently have a 4.5/5 Trustscore on Trustpilot.

But just as the NDIS evolves, so too does the way we operate as a service provider.

In 2018, to meet the needs of our growing client base across the country, we launched the Auscare + Mable partnership to assist them to engage with fully-vetted, comprehensively insured Support Workers.

Today, we have nearly 500 clients who engage Support Workers on the Mable platform and the feedback has been exceptional. The online Mable platform enables our clients or their Support Coordinator to post ads that describe the clients needs, their location and qualifications or interests that match the needs of the client with no set-up fees, no upfront costs, no contracts, no exit fees or daily fees. The service is 100% client focused and clients have unrivalled choice and control over the Support Workers they engage.

On 16 October, Auscare Support, in partnership with My Spending Planner, launched a new service called My Plan Build.

My Plan Build enables NDIS participants to maximise their NDIS funding. Auscare Support Plan Builders have vast experience navigating the complexities of the NDIS. By utilising their knowledge of the NDIS and budgeting tools developed by My Spending Planner, they develop a report for the client that will match their needs with their budget.

My Plan Build clients schedule an initial session with a Plan Builder followed by a quarterly, half-year and end of plan session to ensure that they maximise their existing funding and to prepare for their next Plan review. My Plan Build clients feel in control of their funds and have peace of mind knowing that they are making the most of their funding and are in the best position to achieve their goals.

At the end of every NDIS Plan, funding expenditure and progress made in relation to set goals is reviewed carefully. If there is a significant amount of funding unspent in a particular area of your budget or high expenditure in others, the NDIA planners will take note of this and adjust your budget allocations in your new plan. By engaging our Plan Builders, you will stay on top of your funding throughout the duration of the plan and take the stress of managing your budget away. Our Plan Builders will ensure that your services remain within budget so that you are in the best position to achieve your goals.

Auscare Support has grown rapidly over the past five years and is on track to grow at an even more rapid pace now that the NDIS is rolled out nationally. We are now in a position to be able to provide services nationwide.
