Auscare Support Appoints Two Support Coordinator Coaches

As we approach the end of the financial year, it is timely to reflect upon the achievements of the past 12 months. Auscare Support has experienced exponential growth during this period, and we are proud of this achievement. Our Mission Statement has always been ‘to empower great futures for our clients and their families.’ The rapid growth we have experienced has provided us with the opportunity to provide services to more NDIS participants across the country. Some highlights from the past year include:

  • The total number of Auscare Support clients has more than doubled, along with the total number of Auscare Support Coordinators hitting 30!
  • We now provide services to clients in NSW, SA, VIC, QLD, TAS, ACT and NT. We will begin providing services in WA from 1 July 20.
  • Our head office and administrative team has grown too, including the appointment of our fourth Plan Manager.
  • We have attained an Excellent star-rating from over 50 reviews on the world’s most popular review platform, Trustpilot®.

Coaching the Team
Auscare Support continues to evolve. We have recognised that the Support Coordination team will be enhanced and developed by the appointment of two uniquely qualified and vastly experienced individuals to the role of Support Coordinator Coach.

Providing Exceptional Outcomes
“They will not manage or lead, but coach and mentor. Jo McIntyre and Vanessa Geange are both exceptional individuals, driven by their unrelenting commitment to their profession and the people and families they support. They will ensure that Auscare Support delivers the best possible Support Coordination service,”  said Auscare Support Chief Executive Officer, Max King.

“We use the title purposefully to identify how these two individuals will work with, and grow, the amazing team of Support Coordinators. We are humbled to have them on board and excited to see them drive the team, increase the quality of support provided and propel exceptional outcomes for clients.”

Jo: Sharing Her Skills and Knowledge
“The role of a Support Coordinator Coach is not common throughout the industry, however, it is a much needed role. Support Coordination can be incredibly complex and challenging. I saw this position as an opportunity to share my skills and knowledge with our team so that we are able to provide participants with the best possible service and assist them to maximise the benefits of their NDIS plan.”

Vanessa: Delivering the Best Service Possible
“The creation of this coaching role is indicative of Auscare Support’s progressive mindset. Our team of Support Coordinators will be able to draw upon both my and Jo’s collective experience. I am very excited about this new role and to be part of an organisation that is committed to the continuous professional development of its team. I look forward to assisting the team in delivering the best Support Coordination services to our clients.”
