A Moment With… Eileen Schmidt, Auscare Support Coordinator ⏱

Why did you pursue a career in the disability sector?
I love connecting with people and I believe in giving back to the community. So for the past 15 years, I worked in both Aged Care and Disability across South West Sydney and Western Sydney. The most rewarding part of my role is having the opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of both my clients and their families.

What do you like most about working at Auscare Support?
The one thing I love most about Auscare Support is the autonomy, flexibility and work-life balance. Having total control of my working day enables me to be more creative and proactive in supporting my clients.
